Abstract

The results of two confirmatory factor analysis of research on the impact of quality management systems in the functioning of schools (implementation of the EFQM model or the model PCI) are presented. It attempts to probe the structure of the dimensions defined theoretically. In the first analysis policy processes in size Communication, Planning and Recognition are checked, and the second focuses on three other factors processes in the center as the weather is, the process of teaching and learning and relations with the environment. The research was conducted on a sample of 14 schools of basic or secondary education in the Basque Country.
