Abstract

The objectives of this White Paper (commissioned by ANECA, the Spanish National Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation) were: (i) identifying European-wide trends in the organization of translator- and interpreter-training curricula in preparation for the process of convergence initiated by the Bologna reforms; (ii) issue recommendations on a core curriculum for the degree programme on translation and interpreting to be implemented in Spanish institutions of higher education.
