Membrane Protein Chaperones: A New Twist in the Tail?

Catherine Rabu, Stephen High

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

The integration of tail-anchored membrane proteins at the endoplasmic reticulum occurs via a specialised ATP-dependent pathway, but the cytosolic factors involved have proven elusive. A novel ATPase that mediates this process has now been identified. © 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
