Abstract

With mixed-method semantic network analysis, students can conduct elementary network analysis and produce semantic networks of associations between words. This approach enables students to revealunderlying meanings of words and their associations by exposing latent surroundings of the main content of statements. Using this method, students will be able to analyze bodies of text qualitatively and interpretively.
