Abstract
The article explores those dimensions of the right to education in Russia that are most susceptible to corruption and those legislative, judicial and organisational measures that the government adopts and carries out in order to combat corruption and mitigate its negative effect on the enjoyment of all human rights. This analysis is complemented by an overview of those international anti-corruption standards of the United Nations and the Council of Europe that are applicable to Russia and directly affect realisation of the right to education on non-discriminatory and equal basis.
