Abstract

During catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia [VT] an epicardial approach to identify critical sites is required in 15-30% of patients. The purpose of this study was to examine the procedural implications of adhesions and predictive utility of cardiac CT in patients requiring epicardial VT ablation.
