Abstract
An 8-week data literacy course designed and delivered to empower women entrepreneurs in Serbia through the development of practical data skills. The programme combines hands-on Excel training with workshops on interpreting data, monitoring business success, and identifying market opportunities. Delivered across multiple towns with hybrid support, the course aims to build digital confidence and promote informed decision-making among women-led businesses. Over 40 women participated across four towns, with mentoring provided to support final projects and encourage real-world application of learning. The programme was supported by UK Aid, UNDP, and the British Embassy in Belgrade as part of wider efforts to promote women’s economic empowerment and digital inclusion in the Western Balkans.
