Abstract
Primary lymphoma of the urinary bladder is rare, occurring most commonly in elderly women. This case report documents the clinical and radiological features of such a tumour presenting in a 22-year-old female patient. To our knowledge, this is the youngest reported case.
A 22-year-old woman presented with a 16-month history of episodic pain in the left loin and suprapubic region and a 6-week history of haematuria, dysuria and urinary frequency. She had lost 2 stones in weight in the preceding year. On physical examination the only finding of note was a palpable mobile mass anterior to and to the right of the cervix uteri.
