Abstract

This chapter discusses the responses from public authorities in the United Kingdom to public gatherings during the Covid-19 crisis in England. The authors focus on both Public (particularly the restrictions on freedom of association) and Private Law issues, and approach these legal challenges from the perspective of the English Constitutional Culture.
