Abstract

The case note presents the disputes decided in the Dispute Settlement Mechanism (DSM) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in 2015. The aim of this case note is to briefly explain the outcomes of decisions arrived at by both Panels and the Appellate Body (AB), as well as to highlight the relevant arguments and interpretations deriving therefrom. Further, the note provides an account of the number of cases lodged to the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB), which are currently in consultations, in addition to those cases whose panels have been composed. Finally, the note provides some concluding remarks.
