Security studies in the age of ‘post-truth’ politics: in defence of poststructuralism

Poststructuralism has falsely been blamed for enabling post-truth politics. However, poststructuralism did not create, but merely diagnosed some of the problems of post-truth. Furthermore, it can provide precisely the tools needed to challenge this phenomenon.
