Abstract
B cells go through a series of steps on the road to the mature phenotype. Here, Lynn Corcoran and Paul Shore focus on the transcriptional activators and coactivators whose functions are important after slgM+ cells leave the bone marrow, and they add important information to the complex jigsaw of regulation of B-cell development.
