Abstract

The study aimed at exploring and assessing what is known about the perpetrators of hate crimes and their motivations. The study:- addresses the issues underlying the perpetration of hate crime- provides a critical analysis of the existing research evidence-base in hate crime offending- draws together the conclusions and discusses their implications for action by the Welsh Government.
