Abstract
The University of Manchester currently receives an annual block grant from UKRI to support activity relating to the RCUK Open Access policy. All institutions in receipt of a block grant are required to submit an expenditure and compliance report. This report was submitted in May 2019 and includes details of papers funded by the UK Research Councils for which Gold Open Access was arranged by University of Manchester staff during the grant period (April 2018-March 2019) and associated costs.
