Abstract

Platelet activity, which may play a part in both atherogenesis and
thrombosis, is inhibited by prostacyclin in vitro. We report a study
of urinary 6-oxo prostaglandin F₁α , one of the stable prostacyclin
metabolites, in myocardial infarction.
