Abstract
The architecture and knowledge model of WEBODE workbench model was described. WEBODE is a scalable workbench for ontological engineering that eases the design, development, and management of ontologies and includes middleware services. The model also allows referring to terms from other ontologies, which were identified by means of uniform resource identifiers (URI).
