Abstract

In 'When Men Murder Women', the Dobashes use case files and interviews from their national study to examine intimate partner murder, sexual murder & the murder of older women. For each type of murder, they focus on the circumstances at the time, the murder event itself, and the life course of the male perpetrator including childhood, adulthood, and in prison.
