Abstract

This note is based on the conclusions of the volume Colette Fagan, M. Gonzáléz Menéndez and S. Gómez Ansón (eds.) (2012) Women on Corporate Boards and In Top Management: European Trends and Policy, Palgrave. This research was completed thanks to the European Research Project RECWOWE (Reconciling Work and Welfare in Europe) financed by the European Commission, under the 6th Framework Programme for Research – Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (contract no 028339-2) in the Directorate-General for Research.
