Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

This paper examines the extent to which workers' contracts affect their absence behaviour. It uses a daily panel of data on workers' absence histories gathered from two factories belonging to the same firm. It finds that the terms of the work contract are important in determining absence. © 1995.
