This dissertation is an investigation of servitization for automotive manufacturers operating in the Middle East. The central objective of the research is to assist automotive manufacturers in making a successful servitization transition by configuring a successful aftersales operation within their dealer network. The research triangulates the servitization phenomenon from three angles, the manufacturer, dealer network, and the customer.
